So, I've seen these elsewhere and been wanting to make them for a while, but kept forgetting. They are surprisingly tasty, and very easy (like toss in olive oil and bake easy) and the best part? Kale is freaking cheap. Like I spent 31 cents on kale at the store cheap.
Recipe:
1 big bunch of kale, stems discarded and leaves torn into pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
sea salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, toss the kale with the olive oil and spread out on 2 baking sheets. Sprinkle with salt and roast for 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned and crispy!
I don't know if I believe you or Gwynnie that these are tasty. I might just have to try them and see!
ReplyDeleteI'm making these for lunch! Unfortunately Kale is a bit more expensive in Australia ($2.99 for a little bunch). :)
ReplyDeleteIt is very good. Worth preparing it.
ReplyDeleteThese were yummy. I didn't expect them to taste so good.
