Eating 'paleo' is described as 'eating like cavemen.' No gluten, sugar, dairy or processed foods. My boyfriend is semi-following it and has enjoyed it. (I enjoy cake and cookies) But, these bars are super yummy AND paleo. They're not sweet, have a nutty flavor and a subtle pumpkin taste. Almost similar to gingerbread. The crazy thing about these is there's no flour. None. And it's the same consistency as bread. I swear. It's hard to believe, so you should make them yourself. Only 5 ingredients and super healthy.
