Full disclosure: I have a huge girl crush on blogger Kendi Everyday. She has great style, opened her own clothing store earlier this year, and is just an adorable hilarious blogger. These are some of my recent favorite outfits of hers, check out her blog for more!

...FRIDAY

Babies. It has been one long mother effing week. Hopefully I don't have to work late tonight and can get my weekend started on time. This includes MORE painting, hopefully the last of it, maybe some pool time, and a bit of freelance! Then I am super excited for another opportunity to delve into letterpress by learning to use a whole new machine (the scary Vandercook) on Sunday.

...wedding invites

I had the awesome honor of designing and letterpressing Kathleen's wedding invitations earlier this year and was crazy excited (like grinning by myself at my desk) when I saw a blog post by her photographer. 


As part of the invite/reply card package I designed a monogram for them that she used all over the wedding in the cutest ways ever. Go check out all the photos for yourself, her wedding was gorgeous!

...type crush Tuesday - inspirational posters

As I become obsessed with finding fun, quirky art to display in my new digs I seem to be most attracted to typographic posters (and they all seem to be annoyingly optimistic). I want to hang all of these in the bathroom so I can be in a good mood every morning!

I spent my weekend painting my living room a light gray called "subtle touch," seeing these images makes me want to bring some bright colors in, and I'm excited to start searching for some bright accessories!

I'm back babies!!


I've had a nice break, but I missed blogging. Two weeks after moving in, I finally finished unpacking most everything. This weekend I paint! Navy and gray...surprising I know. 


Next week I'll get back to my regularly scheduled programming, but for now, have a great weekend!
