Thank you for making the brave move from Columbus to DC so that we could meet and fall in love over designer purses and basically all things out of our price range.
I'm so happy you're in my life (omg this is sappy) and that we've grown so close so quickly! Happy birthday and I am sad I'm not there to celebrate. Have the BEST day!!!
I've had a hilarious obsession with San Francisco for a while. I seriously thought about moving there last spring, just packing up and leaving DC by myself on a crazy adventure. I just have this nagging feeling that I should live there. But then I told my mom the idea and I was somehow convinced to buy a condo...keeping me here for a couple more years. I'm onto her.
The best part? I've never even been there...hah! Well, tomorrow my dream is being realized as I board a plane in the morning with my DREAM destination. I get to galavant around San Fran and then head to Sonoma for a wedding on Saturday! I'll be back next week my loves!
Here's a little wit for your Tuesday.
Life is pretty wonderful these days. I'm slowly settling into my new place, organizing and painting and hanging photos. I'm trying out all my new neighborhood restaurants (the crumb cake muffin was breakfast one morning). I spent another day in the letterpress studio getting acquainted with the Vandercook press. Spent a rainy afternoon watching New Girl reruns and eating cookie dough with my favorite person Ashley. Felt sick from eating too much of said cookie dough. Celebrated my guy getting a new job at the Fork & Wrench, and drank gin muddled with strawberries, lemon and lime then topped off with Hoegaarden while out with friends Saturday night. And then felt the need to instagram all of it.
I've decided this is what I want to do over my living room couch and my desk in my bedroom. Then I can easily swap out photos and little tchotchkes (best word ever).
